Super Kings Academy Dubai is a premier cricket coaching academy operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operated by Alchemy Sports Academy Co LLC SOC. In this Privacy Policy, "SKA", "we", "us", and "the Academy" refer to Super Kings Academy Dubai as operated by Alchemy Sports Academy Co LLC SOC.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal information strictly necessary to administer cricket coaching programs safely, maintain student records, comply with statutory obligations, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians:

• Player & Parent Identification: Full names of the player and parents/legal guardians, relationship to the player, date of birth, age, and gender.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers (including WhatsApp contact), residential address in the UAE, and email addresses.
• Health, Medical & Emergency Data: Emergency contact information, existing injuries, medical conditions, allergies, asthma, physical limitations, or medications that coaches and staff need to know to ensure player safety.
• Payment & Financial Information: Payment records, invoices, fee transaction receipts, and discount code information. Online payments are processed securely through certified UAE payment gateways; SKA does not store card numbers or CVVs.
• Academy Media: Photographs and video recordings captured during sessions, trials, tournaments, and masterclasses for coaching analysis, academy news, and promotional materials (with parental consent).

3. How we collect your data

• Enrolment & Registration Forms: Completed online via the SKA registration portal or submitted at our partner venues.
• Direct Communication: When you contact or message us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
• Coaching & Training Sessions: Attendance logs, skill evaluations, fitness assessments, and match scoring.

4. Why we use personal data (Purposes)

• Program Delivery & Squad Placement: Grouping players into the appropriate age categories (e.g. Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, etc.), scheduling coaching sessions, and selecting squads for matches and tournaments.
• Player Safety & Medical Care: Ensuring coaches and staff are equipped to respond swiftly in medical emergencies and contact parents or guardians immediately.
• Academy Communications: Providing term dates, schedules, venue directions, match fixtures, weather notifications, and coaching progress updates.
• Billing & Financial Administration: Issuing invoices, confirming fee receipts, administering discounts, and maintaining accounts compliant with UAE regulations.
• Player Development & Media: Reviewing video footage for technical coaching feedback, celebrating player achievements, and publishing academy highlights.

5. Children's data & parental consent

Because the vast majority of our players are minors, we collect personal data regarding children exclusively with the express consent and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian. Enrolment forms must be completed by an adult parent or guardian. All communications regarding schedules, fees, and safety are directed to parents or legal guardians.

6. Who we share your data with

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is only shared on a strictly confidential, need-to-know basis with:

• Coaching & Administrative Staff: Authorised SKA personnel responsible for training, student supervision, and welfare.
• Partner Schools & Venues: Partner facilities and school grounds in Dubai where sessions occur, solely for security verification, ground access, and visitor badging.
• Service Providers: Trusted software platforms that manage our registration portal, email delivery, and secure UAE payment processing under strict contractual confidentiality terms.
• Emergency Medical Providers: Hospitals, clinics, or paramedics in the event of an urgent medical situation.
• Regulatory Authorities: UAE governmental or sports regulatory bodies where mandated by UAE law.

7. Data security & storage

SKA maintains robust physical, organizational, and electronic safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data. Medical and emergency details are stored securely with access restricted solely to designated coaching and safeguarding staff.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for the duration of your child’s active enrolment with Super Kings Academy Dubai. Following cessation of enrolment, records are kept only as long as required by applicable UAE legal, commercial, and financial accounting standards, after which they are securely erased or permanently anonymized.

9. Your rights under UAE Data Protection Laws

In accordance with the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), parents and guardians have the right to:

• Access: Request confirmation and copies of personal data held about you or your child.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated details.
